Job Description
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Process payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and performance reports.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensuring a conducive work environment
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willing to work in PIK, North Jakarta
