Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Human Resource Staff.
- Experienced in psychological testing use and practice.
- Familiar with the BEI (Behavioral Event Interview) method.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Open-minded, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
