Job Description
- Manage and maintan HR records,both physical and gitial,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings,training sessions and employee events
- Manage the HRBP’s calendar and travel arragements
- Handle office supplies and other administrative tasks fr the HRBP Team
- General reports on key HR Metrics,such as employee turnover,headcount and performance

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of human resources management,business administration or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 Years of experiences in HR Administration preferably in banking industry
- Strong understanding of HR Principles,practices and employeement law
- Profiency in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
