Job Description
- Handle end-to end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on career development.
- Develop and implement People Ops agenda to strengthen employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Manage compensation and benefits including payroll, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
- Have at least 1 years of human resource experience.
- Understand about HR process
- Understand English both oral and written
- Has experience in a start-up or tech company is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
- Has can-do attitude, agile, and focus on targe
