- Manage payroll, health benefits, and other employee benefits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Willing to be placed in Pekalongan, Central Java
- Relevant experience in Human Resources min. 2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in high-pressure situations.
