-  Manage and monitor KPI & OKR implementation across divisions.
- Analyze performance data and prepare evaluation reports.
- Develop and update Job Evaluations and Job Descriptions.
- Build and maintain Talent Mapping, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Succession Plans.
- Conduct Employee Assessments for promotion, rotation, and succession purposes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance and talent management processes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and employee growth.
 
				
					
Job Requirements :
				
				
									
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Management.
-  1–2 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Talent Development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented, assertive, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and systematic thinking skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership potential, and passion for continuous learning.
- BNSP certification in Performance Management or HR Analyst is a plus!
- Placement Yogyakarta.
