Job Description
- Provide support for end-to-end selection and recruitment activities for organizational manpower fulfilment.
- Manage and develop talent management and talent pool for organizational needs.
- Create and maintain integrated data regarding HC dept. needs (employee data, etc.)
- Support HC Manager for creating Letter of HC such as Surat Keputusan (SK), PKWT/PKWTT, Internal Memo, etc.
- Support planning and execution of Training Program (Internal/External).
- Support daily operational of HC Site Officer.
- Other ad hoc tasks required to support HC dept. daily operational.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or othe related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human resource, human capital department.
- Familiar of psychological test tool will be an added value.
- Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling.
- Good at communication especially with upper level of employee.
- Able to speak English both orally and writing.
- Oriented to detail and quality.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office and Project Site.
