Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding sessions.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in designing HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote organizational success.
- Support efforts to cultivate a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferred; internship experience in recruitment is also welcome.
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
- Proficient in psychological testing tools.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta.
