• Min S1 majoring in Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering
• Min 2 years experience as Training & Development / Organizational Development / Human Capital Business Partner
• Understand the process of training management, organizational development and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Understand the performance management management process (KPI / OKR based)
• Have good analytical skills, compiling concepts and presentations
• Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• High Integrity, Discipline, Fast Learner & Team worker
