Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology/Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 1-2 years of experience in human capital.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High drive, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and technology literacy (HR systems, microsoft suite).
- Creative mindset with an innovative approach.
