Job Description

  • Implement employee development programs to enhance competencies, performance, and individual potential.
  • Manage the identification, development, and retention of key talent to ensure leadership and business continuity.
  • Manage the overall employee performance evaluation process.
  • Develop organizational and work processes to improve effectiveness and support the achievement of company strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to selection and onboarding.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Psychology/Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human capital.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High drive, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital and technology literacy (HR systems, microsoft suite).
