Job Description
- Design and implement various developmental initiatives, action plans, and best practice human performance reviews
- Manage end-to-end performance management policies and processes
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and communication of rewards and benefits programs
- Review and update job descriptions to align with internal structures and external benchmarks, supporting career paths and job grading
- Develop and manage performance review frameworks, tools, and processes
- Lead recruitment and termination processes for the Product & Tech directorate, including vendor manpower management
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Recruitment
- Proactive, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
