- Assist in the implementation of the Culture Activation Program
- Support the development of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Project
- Contribute to internal communication and engagement activities
- Provide research and benchmarking support to the Human Capital team
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology or related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources /Human Capital
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive & Creative
- Familiar with PowerPoint & Canva
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
