Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Support payroll processing by gathering information on work hours, overtime, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement
- Oversee company transportation and fleet management,
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- At least have 1-3 years experience in the same fields
- Fast learner and able to work in fast pace environment
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and regulations
- Able to work multitasking and well organized
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to administer psychological test tools
- Work location: Jakarta Barat
