Graha Corp, a company specializing in logistics, transportation services and manufacturing, is currently looking for a Human Capital Staff to join our team, with placement in Deltamas – Cikarang.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Generalist.
- Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot & formulas).
- Familiar with psychological test administration (preferred).
- HR certification is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Deltamas – Cikarang.
