Job Description
- Manage HR admin: attendance, leave, overtime, warning letters, employee documents.
- Support recruitment & onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records (HRIS/manual).
- Assist in performance review processes.
- Handle GA tasks: office supplies, facilities, vehicles, and vendor coordination.
- Arrange business trips & reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws.
- Prepare regular HRGA reports.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Law, Management preferred).
- Min. 1 year in HRGA/HR; fresh grads welcome.
- Good understanding of HR & GA admin.
- Skilled in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive team player.
- Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with HRIS (Workplaze, Sunfish). Familiarity with Indonesian labor law & BPJS.
Experience in asset/vendor management.
