Job Description
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process including job posting, candidats screening, selection, and offering
- Maintain accurate data and up to date employee database information.
- Maintain attendance of employee, overtime and annual leaves
- Handle Employment agreement, monitoring probation and contract status
- Handle employee business trip process (Car, Driver, Hotel, Flight)
- Handle facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative task
Job Requirements :
- Education : bachelor degree any major
- Language : fluent in written and spoken english
- Experience : Minimum 1 years in similar role
General:
- Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized
- Work from office Monday to Friday
- Good initiative and good logical thinking
- Can adapt to quick changes of job direction
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
Specific skill:
- Good ability to operate computer with Windows OS
- Understand how to operate Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
