Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee administration and data using Talenta HRIS.
- Process payroll, including overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Administer and report BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan.
- Monitor employee attendance and work schedules.
- Support other HR activities such as contract management and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements :
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (Talenta preferred).
- Knowledge of BPJS, payroll, and recruitment processes.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Female candidates are preferred.
