Job Description
- Mengelola dan melaporkan HR KPI (mingguan, bulanan, tahunan)
- Memantau data karyawan, absensi, dan laporan terkait kehadiran
- Mendukung kebutuhan kantor dan fasilitas kerja
- Melakukan implementasi dan pengawasan K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja)
- Menganalisis serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem dan proses HR
Job Requirements :
- S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM atau jurusan terkait
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mendukung kegiatan operasional lapangan
- Memiliki SIM A aktif
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR (pengalaman di industri manufaktur menjadi nilai plus)
- Memiliki sertifikasi K3 dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris menjadi keunggulan tambahan
