Job Description
- Conducting HRGA Administrative tasks, including document preparation, filling and data management.
- Conducting GA Activities: [Monitoring related Operation Vehicles, Security, Driver, Cleaning, Office Consumption & consumable, Procurement General Purchases].
- Conducting HR Activities: [Supporting for implementation of training programs, Monitoring employee record & data entry].
- Supporting all company activities.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, law or others
- Have experience in related position min 1 year
- Has good basic knowledge & interesting in a legal, Labor law, regulation & HRGA Role function
- Proactive, Communicative & Eager to learn
- Multi-tasking orientation and able to handle variative jobs
- Good in English both oral and writing
- Ms. Excell & 5S Administration
