Job Description
- Collaborating with other department and other internal resources to identify training needs, recommending strategies related to training system, training development and implementation
- Conduct assessments and analyze the existing training system, content, design recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement。
- Design and develop programs, partner with internal trainers and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, development objectives.
- Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or other applicable specialties related to the job requirements.
- 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in administering Learning Management System.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Familiarity and experience creating training content.
