Job Description
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls and E-mail
- Finding candidates to fill a working abroad position
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Conduct meetings with candidates to orient and update on job duties
- Fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
- Processing onboarding, preparing tools and documentation for new employee
- Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruting candidates across a variety of specialized positions
- Proven work experience as a sales or marketing executive
- Experience in handling documentation, good communication, good work ethics, time management, and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive and persistent
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with high daily targets
- Have an experience working in recruitment agency will be an advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written in English
