- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Prepare and send job offers
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
- Handle employee documentation
- Manage offboarding process
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
- Maintain candidate and employee databases
- Collaborate on recruitment strategies
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
- Fresh graduates with HR internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
