Job Description
- Administer and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer letters.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support performance review cycles and assist in employee development planning.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organization.
