- Acting as bridge communicator between local HR team and the China team
- Conducting end to end recruitment process.
- Identifying and observing department for a training needs.
- Analyzing organizational department issues and establishing relationships with relevant superiors for comprehensive insight into organizational development concerns.
- Handling performance appraisal end to end process.
- Supporting HR Administration.
- Assisting on the employee data collections, input and keeping a proper filling system.
- Handling the Employer Branding.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate from Psychology, Management, Chinese Literature or any other related field are welcome.
- HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acqusition Internship experience for 6 month – 1 year is a plus.
- Passionate with a strong interest in the Human Resources field.
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with conducting various interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English skills both written and oral.
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to be placed in the BSD, Tangerang.
