Job Description
- Discuss with users in determining workforce needs
- Prepare interview plans with users and become a bridge between users and candidates
- Prepare new employee administration
- Conduct a comprehensive recruitment process
- Prepare and post job vacancies
- Monitor employees during probation and ensure probation assessments are appropria
- Prepare and organize psychology test (DISC, Papikostik, TIU 5)
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a related industry
- Ability to maintain condidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with deiscretion
- Execellent verbal and written communication skill
- Target driven but with a focus on quality
- Adaptable and able to learn quicky
- Passionate about people and recruitment
