Job Description
- Own the end-to-end recruitment journey, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Craft and publish job ads across LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and our company channels.
- Actively source, screen, and engage talents that match our culture and business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database & talent pool for current and future hiring.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers/Users to understand role requirements and deliver the right candidates.
- Handle resignation and exit processes with professionalism and care.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination.
- Comfortable using Linkedin, job portals, ATS, and social media for talent sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs at once.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and passionate about people & growth.
