- Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Build and manage a talent pool.
- Coordinate with users regarding manpower needs.
- Manage recruitment administration and candidate reports.
- Effectively use various candidate search platforms.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree Psychology/Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3-6 months of recruitment experience.
- Able to conduct interviews and screen candidates effectively.
- Understands how to utilize recruitment platforms and social media.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and responsive.
- Location: Greenlake City, Cipondoh – Tangerang.
