Job Description
- Lead & implement the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing – on boarding)
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to management/users regarding the best options.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting strategies to meet company needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruiting agencies, and other resources to expand the network of potential candidates.
- Prepare, monitor budgets and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment implementation.
- Plan employer branding strategies
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in human resource, psychology, or business administration.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
