Job Description
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including new hire orientation, paperwork completion, and system access setup.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Handle the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, offboarding paperwork, and exit clearance procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in employee relations practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements, and provide support on labor relations issues.
- Assist in managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support negotiations with labor unions or employee representatives, and participate in grievance resolution processes as needed.
- Provide advice and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Stay abreast of developments in HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends, and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- years of progressive experience in HR operations, employee relations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
