Job Description
- Responsible for operational aspects of the Hospital’s human resources department in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.
- Work on all operational aspects of the Hospital’s human resources department (including recruitment processes, staff contracts & onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, etc.) in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures, as well as applicable labor regulations.
- Manage the maintenance of staff data and records in the HRIS database and ensure that all records (including employment forms, licenses, certifications) are accurate and up to date (and work with affected staff to resolve any discrepancies).
- Support recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from any related major (preferably in psychology/ human resource management/ law)
- Have minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate various HR activities
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Understanding of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
