Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the interview process with relevant managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation of training programs for employees at store levels to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor the effectiveness of training and make recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for the monthly payroll of all store teams and training fee payments.
- Support the HR Operation administration.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operation, preferably in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Spreadsheet
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Alam Sutera
