Job Description

  • Have experience in using HR systems (Mekari Talenta).
  • Responsible of fulfilment ManPower Request.
  • Administer staffing processes including onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment progress, update new employee data and related document.
  • Manage and maintain job portal.
  • Manage compensation and benefits including payroll and BPJS

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Law
  • Minimum of 1 years of HR experience, including HR systems proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task
  • Experience in FnB preferable
  • Able to join ASAP
