Job Description
- Menangani proses rekrutmen end-to-end.
- Membuat laporan rutin terkait proses rekrutmen dan HR.
- Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian (absensi, kontrak, data karyawan).
- Berkoordinasi dengan user untuk kebutuhan rekrutmen.
- Menjadi penghubung manajemen dan karyawan dalam isu operasional HR.
- Bekerja secara kolaboratif, cepat belajar, dan detail.
Job Requirements :
- Min. S1 Psikologi/SDM/Hukum
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di rekrutmen
- Komunikatif, multitasking, inisiatif tinggi
- Terbiasa handle posisi dari staff–manager
- Paham tools rekrutmen & administrasi HR
- Bersedia mobile
