- Responsible for HR functions such as absence management, employee database, and work contracts
- Responsible for payroll (salary, tax, BPJS Employment & BPJS Health)
- Assist in the development and implementation of SM policies, as well as compliance with employment regulations

- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word)
- Able to lead and develop a team
- Capable of working under pressure
- Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented
