Job Description
At Illiyin, Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process starts from recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance, to monthly payroll.
- Organizing team hiring & onboarding.
- Maintaining team’s disciplinary.
- Managing internship end-to-end process.
- Ensuring team’s happiness level.
- Planning team’s retention programs.
- Handling payroll process.
Job Requirements :
- Willing to work onsite in Malang.
- Understanding IT field will be a plus point.
- Is able to operate basic Google Suites functions.
- Is having strong ethics and reliability.
- Is having a keen eye for small details.
- Is a talkative & easy-going individual.
- Is having outstanding organizational skills.
- Is having good interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology is preferable but not a must.
