Job Description
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation (employee attendance, leave), employee benefit.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics and employee data.
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to analyze employee data, such as attendance, performance, and payroll, to generate useful reports.
- Willing to be placed in our sister company (Jakarta, Mega Kuningan or Cikarang)
