• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• 2 years or above of proven working experience as a HR Generalist, in the Hospitality Industry is preferred
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Understand HR function and HR strategies for company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Have a certificate HR (is a plus)
• Proficient google workspace and Ms. Office
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and evaluation methods
• Strong soft skills
