Job Description
- Assist HR Operation with accurate reports and general support.
- Support administration in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Aid HR stakeholders in utilizing digital tools and adhere to HR policies and programs.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management/Information System or related.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
- Preferably have experience as HR Administration/ HR Generalist.
- Good Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices.
- Have knowledge and skills in data analytics (e. power BI, power automate) is an added value.
- Have excellent in using Microsoft Office 365 (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English.
