Job Description
Employment Contract & Data Management
- Monitor and process employee contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
Offboarding & Exit Process
- Handle resignations and terminations, including clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.
- Ensure return of company property and system deactivation.
Foreigner Work Permits (KITAS)
- Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
- Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals
Overtime & Incentive Administration
- Collect, verify, and process overtime data and incentive payouts.
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or generalist roles
