Job Description
- Administer and manage PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Agreement) processes for new employees.
- Coordinate and process timely contract extensions.
- Handle end-to-end BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (TK) registration, updates, and termination.
- Maintain and regularly update the Comben Data Master.
- Prepare and issue employee-related documents such as experience certificates, employee transfer letters, and reference letters.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Legal, HRBP, and other units to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
Job Requirements :
- At least a bachelor’s degree or above, major is not specified.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Superior communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
- Friendly, adaptive, and able to work independently with high accuracy.
- Strong understanding of employment law and government regulations in Indonesia (BPJS, PKWT, etc.).
- Preferably has strong knowledge of employment-related tax regulations.
