Job Description
- Mengelola administrasi HR, termasuk pengarsipan dokumen karyawan
- Menangani proses rekrutmen awal, onboarding, dan exit clearance
- Mengurus absensi, payroll support, dan administrasi BPJS
- Mengelola database karyawan
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional HR
Job Requirements :
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang administrasi HR
- Menguasai Microsoft Office; pengalaman dengan sistem HRIS menjadi nilai tambah
- Detail, rapi, dan memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis
- Pengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing/headhunter menjadi poin plus
