Job Description

  • Mengelola administrasi HR, termasuk pengarsipan dokumen karyawan
  • Menangani proses rekrutmen awal, onboarding, dan exit clearance
  • Mengurus absensi, payroll support, dan administrasi BPJS
  • Mengelola database karyawan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional HR

Job Requirements :

  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang administrasi HR
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office; pengalaman dengan sistem HRIS menjadi nilai tambah
  • Detail, rapi, dan memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis
  • Pengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing/headhunter menjadi poin plus
