Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Support HR processes and procedures for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments and liaise with the HQ Group for HR-related matters.
- Prepare and assist with HR reports and audits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in operating HR systems and administrative support in an HR role.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
