Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Support HR processes and procedures for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments and liaise with the HQ Group for HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and assist with HR reports and audits.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in operating HR systems and administrative support in an HR role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
