Job Description
- Conduct the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating until onboarding
- Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet and other relevant platforms to build talent pools
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve the successful hiring
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide dedicated support throughout the hiring process
- Run the employer branding strategy to enhance our company brand name and strengthen the internal team thru engagement event
- Regularly create a creative and innovative content for LinkedIn portal
- Participate in various HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives
- Manage our recruitment databases and other HR assets
- Assist with other HR matters as required
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication or other related field
- At least 1 year experiences as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Experience using various job portals
- Experience using Boolean to approach passive candidate
- Strong skill in Behavioral Event Interview
- Able to create an internal company content, including videos and images on various platforms
- Strong communication skill. English is a MUST.
