Job Description

  • Conduct the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating until onboarding
  • Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet and other relevant platforms to build talent pools
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve the successful hiring
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide dedicated support throughout the hiring process
  • Run the employer branding strategy to enhance our company brand name and strengthen the internal team thru engagement event
  • Regularly create a creative and innovative content for LinkedIn portal
  • Participate in various HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives
  • Manage our recruitment databases and other HR assets
  • Assist with other HR matters as required

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication or other related field
  • At least 1 year experiences as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • Experience using various job portals
  • Experience using Boolean to approach passive candidate
  • Strong skill in Behavioral Event Interview
  • Able to create an internal company content, including videos and images on various platforms
  • Strong communication skill. English is a MUST.
