- Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi inisiatif employee engagement untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas karyawan
- Mengorganisir berbagai kegiatan internal seperti town hall meetings, corporate events, dll
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim HC dan manajemen untuk memperkuat budaya perusahaan yang positif dan inklusif.
- Memberikan laporan dan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan engagement dan retensi karyawan.
- Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan karyawan dalam memahami kebutuhan dan harapan mereka.
Job Requirements :
- Lulusan S1 Jurusan Psikologi, Management SDM
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 – 3 tahun dalam bidang terkait
- Keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat dan mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan berbagai pihak
- Pemahaman yang baik mengenai konsep employee engagement dan budaya organisasi.
- Terbiasa mengelola event internal dengan baik
- Dapat menciptakan program engagement yang efektif
- Mampu bekerja dengan berbagai platform engagement dan HR analytics
- Berpengalaman dalam analisis survei karyawan dan membuat rekomendasi berbasis data
