Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Manage and maintain HR databases and ensure accurate records
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle general office administration tasks as needed
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Proficient in English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Chinese look preferred, with a professional and presentable appearance
