Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee data and HR documents.
- Support attendance, leave, and personnel administration.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and HR letters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
- Assist HR team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (HR internship experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic level).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Good communication skills and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and able to work both independently and in a team.
