Job Description
- Support HR Business Partners in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
