Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field Experience in employee engagement, event planning, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile, proactive, and high initiative individual.
