- Max. age 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and Recruitment
- Strong interest in talent management and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented with strong attention to data
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Dedicated to creating a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Location: Based in Bandung City or nearby areas
