Job Requirements :
- Max. age 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / People & Culture is a plus
- Strong interest in people, culture, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to data
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about building a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Location: Based in Bandung City or nearby areas
